They feature exceptional dimensional stability. Stocked jumbo width 64” (1630mm), when make sanding belt size at 104” x 125” (2650 x 3200mm) only with 2 joints.

Description:
WEEM 1113 We specially designed for the use of stainless steel surface finishes, special treatment on the abrasive surface for stainless steel surface sanding. We use highly tear-resistant and stiff polyester backing for high pressure and impact requirement, a wider and stronger backing than 1112 .It can also use for general metal sanding, hardwood, alloys, etc.
Only premium silicon carbide is selected. Silicon carbide is a very hard and crystal structure produces a fine straight edged grind lines. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. SiC is primarily used for grinding nonferrous materials such as brass, copper, bronze, and wood, glass, rubber and plastics. It is also used to finish polyurethanes, primers, lacquers and sealers. And use closed coated technique bond on the backing to ensure the grinding and durable needs. A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in higher stock removal rate and longer time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish.
A sectional belt or segmented belt is custom make to your ordered. For panel industrial, the belt size can be 1950mm x 2800mm or 2950mm x 3200mm etc.
